Puitejärjestelyn kautta tilaaja hankkii

A. Projektinjohtotehtäviä

C. Rakennustyön valvontatehtäviä

D. Vastaanotto- ja käyttöönottotehtäviä

E. Takuuajan tehtäviä

Puitejärjestelyn kautta tilaaja hankkii myös turvallisuuskoordinaattorin tehtäviä ja muita erittelemättömiä projekti- ja asiantuntijatehtäviä sekä projektiin liittyviä avustavia tehtäviä.

Kohtien A–E tarkempi sisältö on kuvattu Projektinjohtopalvelun tehtäväluettelossa RT10-10846, Hankkeen johtamisen ja rakennuttamisen tehtäväluettelossa HJR18 ja Maa- ja vesirakennustyömaavalvonnan tehtäväluettelossa RT-11122. Rakennuttajan työturvallisuusvelvoitteet rakennushankkeessa on kuvattu luettelossa RT 10-10982. Muutoin noudatetaan KSE2013:a. Mikäli em. luettelot tai ehdot päivittyvät puitejärjestelyn aikana (ml. optio), noudatetaan kussakin hankintasopimuksessa alkuhetkellä voimassa olevaa luetteloa.

Hankinta ei sisällä taitorakenteiden suunnittelua, suunnitteluttamista eikä suunnittelun ohjausta.
